Spanish Rice Bake

You have nooo idea how delicious this is. Out-of-this-world! Not the prettiest dish I’ve ever made, but the flavors are undeniably there. It’s spicy, but not overpowering so, cheesy, meaty, and the rice gives a nice different texture, just awesome! I had a bite and decided that it was The Best-Most Flavorful dish I’ve had in a little while. It’s extremely affordable to make, it takes no time and it’s pretty healthy,so what’s stopping you! You need to make it tonight! And according to it has only 341 calories per serving! It doesn’t get much better than this 🙂
